The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The service was top-notch, with a helpful staff willing to assist us in calling a taxi and providing information about the local area. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as a massage service and hot spring baths. we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this ryokan. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the garden. The outdoor bathing areas, both private and public, were fantastic and the water was incredibly soothing. The kaiseki meals served in the room were a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The service was impeccable, with the staff always on hand to provide hot tea or spring water.

Our stay at Furuya Ryokan in Atami was truly exceptional. The traditional washitsu room and kaiseki ryori cuisine provided a truly authentic experience. The service was impeccable, with a level of courtesy and professionalism that exceeded our expectations. The free minibar was a nice touch, and the onsen facilities were soothing and relaxing. The hotel also provided free wifi throughout. we had a beautiful stay and would highly recommend this establishment.
